Aquabid Estimating was founded on a simple frustration: too many bids were built on rushed, rough numbers. We wanted to give builders an estimating partner that treated every drawing set with the same care as their own team would.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF, DWG, and most common CAD and BIM formats. If you're not sure, just send what you have.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — we're happy to sign your NDA before reviewing project documents.

Is there a minimum project size?

No. We take on projects of every size, from single rooms to full commercial builds.
